About the project
We involve scientific leaders from different countries in order to increase Russia's competitiveness in the realm of global research
A scientific leader should be able to solve research problems under the conditions of limited resources, as well as in the context of unforeseen global changes (COVID-19)
We create a culture of international and interdisciplinary scientific interaction, transfer of knowledge at the local, regional, federal and international levels
It is an effective tool for creating innovative scientific ideas and implementing relevant research projects that meet acute societal needs
