• ABOUT THE CENTER

      • Our mission consists in the development of human resources in the field of research and development in Tyumen Oblast, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug–Yugra and Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, as well as the implementation of education and nurturing of human capital in these regions.
      • The activities are focused on Tyumen oblast, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug–Yugra and Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug.
      • The Centre’s collocation in Tyumen and Surgut comprises two administratively independent offices operating according to a single methodology for assessing competencies and a set of educational technologies.

    is a prototype platform for comprehensive assessment and development of competencies for managing complex scientific and technical projects and programmes, with option for remote access and digital footprint processing.

    An interactive IT platform with modern interfaces is set for processing information about the current and forecasted competence of users, based on end-to-end data technology, providing development management and staff training, organizing project teams and assessing the potential of specific users.
